Release Notes

The notes for recent releases are published in English: they are the same text that accompanies each app-store update.

v3.2.6

Projects: profile pictures, project and task images, folders with drag and drop, a full filter bar, AI status reports, task summaries and tasks drafted from text. System Monitor loads faster, explains collector updates, templates and a clearer daily report. Notifications: one per incident, no blinking. Helpdesk: no ticket pile-up from alerts.

v3.2.5

Projects: board says when filters hide tasks, cards open on a click and show due dates, previews read as text. System Monitor: opens on alerts, honest incident counts and collector state, stale incidents resolve themselves, SLO burn-down draws.

v3.2.4

People shown by name; due dates as days with an optional time; notification e-mails batched into digests.

v3.2.3

People shown by name; due dates as days with an optional time; notification e-mails batched into digests.

v3.2.2

Dated progress updates on tasks, shown in the weekly review; clearer actions on My work; tidier phone screens.

v3.2.1

Tasks open on phones; people shown by name; due dates as days; a new version loads on first open.

v3.2.0

My work first on the dashboard; the board works on a phone with person and due-date filters; a weekly review replaces copying the page every week.

v3.1.6

Creating tasks no longer opens support tickets unless you turn it on.

v3.1.5

Signing in with your organization's Microsoft account no longer asks for a second authenticator.

v3.1.4

Signing in with your organization's Microsoft account opens your account.

v3.1.3

Sign in with your organization works end to end.

v3.1.2

Sign in with your organization finds your organization.

v3.1.1

Sign in with your organization works; updates reach your browser right away.

v3.1.0

Every screen readable in light and dark mode; untranslated text translated in all 15 languages; sign-in with your organization's Microsoft account.

v3.0.10

Privacy and sign-in fixes.

v3.0.9

Sign in with your organization: type its name and continue with your work Microsoft account. Creating an account now asks you to agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

v3.0.8

Organizations on Microsoft 365 can let their members sign in with their work account through their own Entra ID tenant. The Organization screen walks through the app registration step by step, including the redirect URL to register.

v3.0.7

Organisations that issued ARCH-Insight addresses to their people can now move each account onto the address the person really uses, keeping its history. The person sets their own password from a mail sent there, and can sign in with Microsoft or Google at that address.

v3.0.6

Without an account you can now look around every part of ARCH-Insight, not only the architecture views: helpdesk, projects, monitoring, marketing and the rest. Anything that would change data asks you to sign in.

v3.0.5

Marketing e-mail now follows each recipient's language: write a campaign's English text and any translations, and every recipient who chose a language in ARCH-Insight gets that version. Send a test copy to yourself before the real send. The language you pick is now remembered on your account.

v3.0.4

Connecting an AI assistant to ARCH-Insight now always shows the approval screen, even in a browser that had an older version of the app installed.

v3.0.3

Moving cards in the maturity matrix, bubbles in the cost/value chart and boxes in the architecture diagram now stays where you drop it. The dashboard, EA document and monitoring status load faster. The landing page describes every module, previously uploaded files are back, and ARCH-Insight can be connected to AI assistants: approve the connection once with your MFA, and revoke it under Account > Connected apps.

v3.0.0

This release is about speed under load. Lists, history and sign-in ask the database for far less: redundant indexes are gone, log ingest is batched, and pages no longer count rows they already know. Connections are pooled and recycled across all three database nodes, so one that restarts no longer leaves the app talking to a single node. Notification e-mails now link straight into the app and show their text as text. The Android, iOS and macOS apps are now built by the release pipeline itself.

v2.9.0

The App Store app is complete: Sign in with Apple, push notifications to a locked device, and in-app seat purchases. Deleting your account now also revokes that Apple sign-in and erases your devices, push registrations and profile pictures. You can look around without an account: the sample landscape is read-only and asks you to sign in to change anything. Campaigns show what a recipient will get before you send. Sign-in, the database and file storage now run in three regions.

v2.8.1

The privacy policy, terms, imprint and a new support page are written out in full, in all fifteen languages. Deleting your account now removes more of your data and lets go of a Sign in with Apple connection too, the purchase screen in the App Store app shows App Store prices, and fonts load from our own servers instead of Google's.

v2.8.0

ARCH-Insight is now an app on iPhone, iPad and Mac: sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft or GitHub, get monitor alerts as push notifications, and lock the app with Face ID. A new ticket can name its assignees and customer from the start, closing a ticket now tells the other assignees by mail, and one edit sends one notification instead of several.

v2.7.8

System Monitor has an Error Budget tab. For every objective it shows attainment, how much of the window's allowed failure is left, the burn rate of each evaluation window against the threshold it is judged by, and a burn-down across the window. An objective nobody has probed reads as unknown rather than as a perfect one.

v1.3.1
